At AOKI GLOBAL, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
